Application:

Security: Compared with the die casting process, only a small amount of metal is used in the forming process, which completely changes in the closed channel, and there is no exposure and transfer link of high temperature liquid metal, thus avoiding the combustion and scald accidents;

Environment friendly: No use of smelting protective gases such as hazardous SF6, no smoke transpiration, no flame, no smelting slag, and with clean and healthy working environment;

Accuracy: Good filling controllability. It can be made into highly complex products (such as semi cavity parts and parts with the thinnest part at only 0.3mm, with the difference between the thickest and thinnest parts on a product as 100 times), high precision (0.01mm), and minimal post-processing capacity;

Resource saving: There is no need to be heated to complete liquefaction. Compared with the die casting process, the hot melting temperature is at 80℃lower, no need to melt hundreds of kilograms of magnesium alloy raw materials at one time, no need to perform heat preservation. The energy consumption is reduced by 60%, the thermal impact on the mold is reduced, and the service life of the mold is extended by 2-4 times. All the processing residues can be recycled. Compared with die casting, it can save 30% of production area;

High: Large single machine capacity and high efficiency (1-4 pieces per minute, 24-hour continuous production); as there are very few raw materials for heating, the start-up and shut-down time of the equipment is 70% less than that of die casting, and the raw materials can be changed quickly;

Compact: The metallographic structure is compact (comparable to forging), with few defects in products, and the mechanical index can be increased by 20% compared with the die casting process;

Stability: Long service life of consumables, reliable mechanical operation, 24-hour continuous operation, with maintenance cycle up to nearly 200000 times;

Simplicity: The simplest forming process of complex metal parts: material magnesium alloy ingot - magnesium alloy particles - semi-solid injection molding - small amount machining - surface treatment - coloring and spraying completion process
